Joshua Coan Killed in Solo Motorcycle Crash on Railroad Canyon Road in Lake Elsinore

 A 44-year-old Menifee man has died following a single-vehicle motorcycle crash on Railroad Canyon Road in Lake Elsinore, according to local authorities, leaving investigators working to determine what led to the late-night tragedy.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said the crash happened around 11 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Railroad Canyon Road and Church Road. Deputies responding to the scene found the motorcyclist unresponsive with severe injuries and immediately began life-saving efforts.

Despite those efforts, the rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The Riverside County Coroner later identified him as Joshua Coan, 44, of Menifee.
